FAQ: Can I use pretreated or pressure treated lumber inside my house?

Simply put:  NO!

Not on the inside.  Pressure treated wood has had a ton of chemicals immersed into it and is then put in a pressure treated chamber.  These chemicals have been found to be harmful to humans and pets.  Keep the pressure treated lumber outdoors, and do not build anything with it that will go indoors!
